How much does shipping cost?Silverwood Studio uses NZ Post to send all our parcels. Shipping costs are therefore based on size and weight to match the NZ Post sizing guide. We offer Free Shipping NZ wide for all orders over $100. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking is included with all parcels, and this will be sent to you when the parcel has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?At this point in time, Silverwood Studio does not offer international shipping due to shipping costs.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?We only hold very limited stock number on hand at any time, with most orders being made-to-order. This means it takes 1-2 days to process and make your order before it is dispatched. If you require your order urgently, send us an email at hello@silverwoodstudio.co.nz and we can work something out! Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days from dispatch Courier Delivery: Next working day from dispatch *Please Note: As per NZ Post's website, these are delivery targets only and actual delivery may differ.

What is your returns & refunds policy?We can only accept return requests for unused, non-customized items or items damaged in transit within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used or custom-engraved items. To initiate a return request, please email us at hello@silverwoodstudio.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your original order number and a short explanation of why you would like to make a return. If your order qualifies, we will send you return instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment. We are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

Where are your products made?All products are made in our workshop in Cambridge, NZ.

What type of wood do you use?We use a variety of different wood for our products, like pine plywood, bamboo, and recycled native timber. We source our wood materials from certified vendors. Information about the types of wood used in a product is listed in the product description.

Can you add personalised messages to any product?Yes we can! On each product listing, look for the box titled "Add a personalised engraving". Follow the instructions on the box for more information. Please note, adding personalised messages does add an extra cost to products!
